I was a young college grad, but I already had the investor itch. I’d even convinced the powers-that-be at Delaware Valley College to offer an extra semester of real estate investment classes so I could take them. As soon I cobbled together enough cash for a down payment, I purchased my first property in 2013. I’ve since bought or sold many of my own properties, learned plenty of landlord lessons and most importantly, earned passive income from my investments.
